This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Serve as a clinical liaison for both internal and external stakeholders, addressing elevated inquiries.
• Assist in the elevation and documentation processes for unsolicited medical inquiries across the entire product portfolio.
• Deliver product-specific clinical training, which includes content development and collaboration with training teams.
• Work in partnership with laboratory and pathology teams to ensure precise case resolution and drive process enhancements.
• Track metrics related to clinical inquiries and elevations, identifying trends for corrective and preventative measures.
• Examine escalations to uncover process gaps and propose retraining or workflow modifications.
• Record all information in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a field pertinent to the essential duties; or Associate’s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Capability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or engage in typing for approximately 90% of a standard working day.
• Availability to work weekdays, nights, weekends, and overtime as required.
• Must be able to accommodate Monday–Friday, 10:30am–7pm CST working hours/time zone.
• Ability to sit continuously for extended periods (over 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour workday).
• Keyboard usage should be at least 50% of the workday.
