This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide support to a portfolio of small districts through effective relationship management and execution of projects.
• Assist districts in their initial engagement with Panorama, ensure they remain on track throughout the year, and facilitate the renewal of partnerships by delivering an outstanding client experience.
• Oversee onboarding and survey execution while fostering relationships with district leaders and aiding in account renewals.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer success or account management.
• Proven history of account renewals, contract negotiations, upselling, and cultivating client relationships.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex information for clients.
• Commitment to consistent processes and CRM utilization to ensure predictability, forecasting accuracy, and accountability in client interactions.
• Proven ability to prioritize accounts with competing demands, balancing client requests, upcoming renewals, project deadlines, and internal tasks.
• Experience in creatively addressing client objections to renewals and demonstrating added value by understanding client needs and providing solutions.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take the initiative to resolve issues.
• Proficient in using tools such as Google Suite; familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Gainsight) is an advantage.
• Strong enthusiasm for supporting technology in K-12 education and a commitment to leveraging data to enhance student outcomes, especially in addressing equity and access challenges.
• Salary Range: $55,250 - $81,250 USD
