Associate Client Relationship Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding Workiva products and services, providing support through phone, email, and in-app messaging.

• Implement onboarding project plans and facilitate the filing procedures for Capital Markets customers.

• Verify the accuracy of documents by reviewing completed work, delivering exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Address moderate customer concerns and escalate more complex issues while maintaining accountability to clients.

• Educate customers on how to utilize the Workiva platform to meet their objectives and gather feedback for pertinent internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product departments.

• Provide 24/7 support to the Working Group (counsel, bankers, auditors, etc.) until project completion and collaborate with other Workiva teams on initiatives that fulfill customer requirements.

• Fulfill routine service requests, which involve importing documents from Working Groups, applying appropriate formulas, formatting, and styles, as well as creating and linking source financial data in Workiva Spreadsheets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field.

• Over 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or Project Management (combined requirement).

• Experience within the accounting/finance sector and knowledge of Capital Markets processes and filings.

• Proficiency in using the Workiva platform, Google Drive (G Suite), and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Demonstrated professionalism in both verbal and written communication, with the ability to persuade others and provide consultative recommendations.

• Self-driven with a strong focus on action and results, able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organizational skills to adhere to deadlines, manage multiple tasks concurrently, and perform under pressure with great attention to detail.

• Stable internet connection for any time spent working remotely, outside of a Workiva office.
