Associate Client Care Lead – Weekend, Weekday Coverage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Interact with incoming prospective customer leads through both proactive and responsive outreach to enroll clients in Partum’s Care.

• Take ownership of the client onboarding and intake process while fostering relationships with both clients and providers.

• Engage with expectant parents via phone calls, video calls, texts, and messages.

• Assist families in formulating care plans that align with their health goals and family aspirations.

• Oversee the complete doula contracting process and manage accounts continuously.

• Deliver timely and compassionate support to patients, families, and providers.

• Organize and schedule clinical appointments efficiently.

• Handle patient enrollment through incoming phone inquiries.

• Keep precise and confidential client records, consent forms, and financial information while adhering to privacy and compliance regulations.

• Articulate Partum Health’s services and mission to potential clients.

• Adjust to organizational changes and process enhancements.

• Participate in weekend on-call support, monitoring phones from 6–10pm CST approximately once every 5–7 weeks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A four-year university degree is required.

• A minimum of 1–2+ years of experience in a client-facing position is necessary, such as in sales, customer success, or account management.

• Ideally, experience in a rapidly growing healthcare setting.

• A proven history of surpassing performance targets, especially in client admissions or sales-related roles.

• At least 1 year of CRM experience is required.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Capacity to manage occasional moderate stress levels.

• Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply, though this is not mandatory.

• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm CT during onboarding and training.

• Must be available to work Thursday–Monday, including Saturday/Sunday coverage, from 9am–6pm CT from late November through February.

• Must be on-call for weekends approximately once every 5–7 weeks and provide holiday coverage for 1–2 holidays per year.
