This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Facilitate structured product walkthroughs to analyze user journeys, pinpoint friction points, and develop a comprehensive understanding of our funnels' performance.
• Take charge of user feedback monitoring — transforming insights from reviews, support, and research into actionable takeaways.
• Collaborate with Engineering to drive bug triage and resolution, ensuring that quality issues are prioritized and resolved efficiently.
• Oversee the full delivery of product initiatives — beginning with well-defined launches such as landing pages and compliance-related features, and expanding from there based on your trajectory.
• Work alongside Design and Engineering to deliver thoughtful, high-quality user experiences that balance speed, clarity, and trust.
• Participate in A/B testing, funnel analysis, and experiment design — fostering the experimental mindset that characterizes exceptional growth PMs.
• Assist in converting ambiguous customer challenges into clear hypotheses, requirements, and roadmap priorities.
• Coordinate with our engineering team based in China, including ensuring daily overlap during China business hours to guarantee tight execution.
• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), product management, or product/business operations.
• Willingness to adjust working hours to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for effective engineering coordination.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage, but not mandatory.
