This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Develop and manage a regional pipeline by pinpointing target customers and decision-makers within SMB accounts in Switzerland and Austria, customizing outreach to align with each industry's unique use cases.
• Generate leads through extensive outreach efforts, which include cold calling, tailored emails, LinkedIn prospecting, and engagement in industry events.
• Assess and cultivate both inbound and outbound leads by identifying prospect pain points and working alongside Account Executives to progress opportunities through the pipeline.
• Articulate the value of NavVis solutions using technically informed, value-oriented messaging that caters to each prospect's specific business requirements.
• Influence campaign strategy by providing regional market insights to Marketing, enhancing messaging and targeting for Switzerland and Austria.
• Ensure accurate CRM records are maintained to uphold data integrity and enhance effective pipeline visibility for the team.
• Recent graduate or equivalent experience in surveying, geoinformatics, civil engineering, information systems, or a related discipline.
• Initial experience in a customer-facing position such as sales, business development, or customer support, demonstrating an ability to connect with individuals and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Proactive mindset towards outbound prospecting, encompassing cold calling and email outreach, with a focus on results.
• Proficiency in German and French (both written and spoken) is essential for effective client engagement across Switzerland and Austria.
• Strong English language skills for effective internal collaboration with NavVis teams.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or a proven capability to adopt organized data management practices.
• Residing in either Germany or Switzerland.
