Associate, BizOps & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• You will be part of our central BizOps & Analytics team while being integrated into one of Jerry's primary business sectors — growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships — and take full ownership of the analytical function for that business unit from start to finish.

• Identify the right challenges: Prior to any analysis, grasp the business question being addressed and the decisions it will influence. Challenge any flawed questions.

• Data and insights: Establish metrics, create reports, conduct analyses, design experiments, and highlight data insights that enhance your team's key performance indicators.

• Drive results: Present recommendations to your colleagues in product, growth, finance, or operations, explain the current situation and its implications, and suggest the next steps to take.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology organization.

• Strong analytical capabilities; proficient in independently extracting, organizing, and interpreting data.

• Proven track record of managing ambiguous challenges and achieving measurable impact.

• Effective and persuasive communicator with the ability to influence decisions at the executive level.
