• Evaluating government inquiries and Requests for Evidence, and promptly drafting and submitting the necessary responses.
• Reviewing audit outcomes and relaying options to meet clients’ business immigration requirements.
• Ensuring timely and precise communication with clients during and after the application process, offering support for immigration program management and compliance.
• Overseeing and collaborating with support staff to guarantee adherence to compliance standards.
• Maintaining accuracy for cases with high volume and rapid turnover.
• Assisting clients and staff with inquiries throughout the filing process.
• Performing additional tasks as necessary.
• Active membership in a relevant Bar association.
• Over 5 years of experience as the primary contact for clients regarding compliance issues.
• More than 5 years of advising corporate clients on immigration compliance strategy and program management.
• At least 5 years of experience in business immigration.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various case types, including NIV (H-1B, TN, L, E, B, etc.) and IV (PERM, IV, AOS).
• Over 5 years of experience managing I-9 audits, internal investigations, and government enforcement actions.
• Expertise in supporting and advising on I-9 compliance programs, including conducting internal audits and remediation strategies.
• Conducting I-9 investigations and addressing government inquiries.
• Formulating and executing client compliance policies and best practices.
• Providing guidance to clients on risk mitigation and immigration program compliance.
• Familiarity with E-Verify.
• Experience with FDNS/site visits.
• Proven track record in building or scaling compliance programs.
• Drafting and responding to complex RFEs and NOIDs, including the development of legal strategies and arguments.
• Demonstrated success in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and writing abilities.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple competing priorities independently.
