Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Create persuasive case strategies that effectively navigate emotional arguments and achieve results.

• Take charge of court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials independently.

• Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff across all experience levels.

• Ensure consistent and professional communication with clients.

• Foster and maintain relationships with both existing and prospective clients.

• Mentor and provide support to junior attorneys.

• Oversee a complete litigation caseload from discovery to trial.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

• Active bar license in California.

• 1–8 years of robust litigation experience, including case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation.

• Capability to independently handle a full caseload from discovery to trial.

• Previous experience in insurance defense is preferred.

• Knowledge of litigation timekeeping and billing systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Self-driven with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.
