This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Formulate persuasive case strategies that effectively navigate emotional arguments to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Establish a higher benchmark and strive for excellence in all facets of the work.
• Independently oversee court appearances, depositions, motion practices, and trials.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff across all levels of experience.
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
• Mentor and offer guidance to junior attorneys, contributing to the team's growth and success.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from a law school accredited by the ABA.
• Active bar license in the state of California.
• 1–8 years of substantial litigation experience, including case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Capability to independently manage a complete caseload from discovery through trial.
• Prior experience in insurance defense is preferred.
• Familiarity with litigation timekeeping and billing systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Annual billable hours bonus ranging from $10,000, accumulating with $7,500 for each additional tier.
