This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create persuasive case strategies that effectively address emotional arguments and achieve results.

• Take charge of court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials independently.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff across various experience levels.
• Ensure consistent and professional communication with clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with both current and potential clients.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys, fostering team growth and success.
• Oversee a full caseload from the discovery phase through to trial.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar license in California.
• 1–8 years of substantial litigation experience, encompassing case strategy, depositions, and preparation for trial.
• Capability to independently handle a complete caseload from discovery to trial.
• Previous insurance defense experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of litigation timekeeping and billing systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Self-driven with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Annual billable hours bonus starting at $10,000, with an additional $7,500 for each tier beyond that.
