This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Attend court sessions, sign pleadings, negotiate settlements, and manage litigation responsibilities.
• Review correspondence and case files for relevance and appropriateness.
• Prepare discovery materials and dispositive motions.
• Offer analysis and guidance on legal and regulatory risks.
• Effectively manage your own caseload.
• Remain informed about consumer laws and local regulations.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in civil litigation and attending court proceedings is essential.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local laws.
• Proven ability to analyze case law and provide sound recommendations.
• Proficient in drafting legal pleadings, motions, discovery requests, stipulations, and similar documents.
• Familiarity with Bankruptcy Law, Foreclosure Law, or the FDCPA/FCRA/TCPA is advantageous.
• Experience in collection law and/or substantial courtroom experience is preferred.
