Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver thorough legal representation in matters related to foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and other associated issues.

• Advocate for clients in court proceedings involving foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and similar cases.

• Prepare and assess motions, pleadings, and various correspondence.

• Attend court hearings, both in person and remotely.

• Oversee legal matters and work in collaboration with support staff.

• Provide responsive, client-centered legal services within a high-volume practice environment.

• Collaborate effectively with seasoned attorneys and a dedicated operational team under a managing attorney.

• Cultivate a diverse set of legal skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice law in Indiana (mandatory).

• 0–3+ years of relevant experience; all qualified candidates will be considered.

• Excellent legal writing, communication, and analytical abilities.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and highly motivated.

• Additional multi-state licensure, especially in Kentucky or Ohio, is advantageous.

• Experience in litigation, bankruptcy, or collections is considered a plus.

• Federal licensure is an added benefit.

• Willingness to travel locally for court-related engagements.

• Capacity to sit or stand for extended durations.

• Ability to maintain focus for prolonged periods.

• Proficiency in using computers for significant portions of the workday.

• Capability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing, clicking, and swiveling.

• Strong multitasking skills are essential.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Completion of the I-9 form and submission of documentation for identity and work eligibility is required.
