Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive legal representation in areas including foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and related issues.

• Advocate for financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and other associated court proceedings.

• Oversee case workflow while ensuring adherence to client specifications, legal standards, and court regulations.

• Prepare and review motions, pleadings, and various correspondence.

• Attend court hearings both in-person and through virtual platforms.

• Provide legal supervision and work collaboratively with support staff.

• Offer responsive, client-centric legal services in a high-volume environment.

• Report directly to the Managing Attorney.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee (mandatory).

• A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience is preferred (all qualified applicants will be considered).

• Experience in a role that primarily focuses on litigation.

• Excellent legal writing, communication, and analytical abilities.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and highly motivated individual.

• Preferred qualifications include multi-state licensure, experience in bankruptcy or collections, and federal licensure.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

• Newly hired employees are required to complete the I-9 form and provide documentation proving identity and work eligibility.
