This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Overseeing and managing a substantial and varied caseload of the Firm’s clients in **Arizona**.
• Engaging with clients concerning their individual cases.
• Preparing pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and reviewing and drafting agreements, among other tasks.
• Interacting with opposing parties to negotiate and settle claims.
• Conducting legal research on both simple and complicated issues in contract law and various aspects of consumer law.
• Although this position is primarily remote, occasional travel may be necessary for court appearances.
• Must currently hold admission to practice law in **Arizona**.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience within a law firm.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to adhere to strict deadlines.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Highest standards of ethics and professional integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and staff at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient legal research capabilities; familiarity with LexisNexis is an advantage.
