This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Draft and review substantial pleadings and motions.
• Respond to motions and manage discovery processes.
• Attend and preside over hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings, as well as negotiate settlements.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
