Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Conduct depositions and participate in hearings and mediations as necessary

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Prepare written communication for colleagues and clients

• Perform legal research utilizing Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis

• Create discovery requests and responses

• Review and evaluate documents and materials for production

• Investigate claims and develop case management strategies

• Report findings to insurance carrier clients and policyholders

• Prepare cases for trial or mediation sessions

• Engage in trial and mediation processes

• Assist with Idaho liability and insurance matters related to coverage and bad faith, catastrophic injuries and wrongful deaths, UIM defense, premises liability, trucking/transportation claims, employment disputes, and property disputes

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed to practice in Montana, Utah, or Idaho

• Experience in civil litigation

• Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral communication abilities

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities

• Capacity to manage sensitive and time-critical issues simultaneously

• Effective problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in managing and prioritizing multiple projects
