This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for our team's OKRs and KPIs, ensuring delivery ahead of deadlines through Agile Methodology utilizing Asana, Slack, and GSuite.

• Enhance our products, improve satisfaction ratings, NPS, and our primary performance metric (number of products per user).

• Develop both strategic and operational goals.

• Analyze financial data to drive profitability improvements.

• Oversee budgets and financial forecasts.

• Conduct quality controls and monitor production KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience or equivalent (e.g., research, internships, demonstrated skills).

• Proven success in academic and/or professional environments.

• Open to working as an intern or an early-stage employee.

• A strong passion for social change, learning, education, healthcare, technology, and/or startups.
