
Associate, Asset Management – Utility & C&I Solar

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Compile and reconcile monthly and quarterly reports for investors, distribution exhibits, and compliance certificates.
• Assist with the annual budgeting process, conduct variance analysis, update forecasts, and generate scenario outputs for management and investors.
• Manage and prioritize accounts payable payments, and assist Treasury with cash positioning and payment processes.
• Support debt service scheduling, monitor covenant inputs, and act as a liaison for financing parties.
• Maintain organized records that are audit-ready (including contracts, invoices, and reports).
• Proven ability to interpret GAAP financial statements and reconcile GAAP to cash.
• Collaborate closely with Accounting, Technical Asset Management, and Accounts Payable teams to ensure accurate reconciliation of inputs.
• Standardize reporting templates and implement basic automation to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Energy, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, treasury/accounts payable, or portfolio/asset management support; experience in energy/renewables or structured finance is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, lookups, and basic modeling).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to coordinate with stakeholders effectively.
