Associate Application Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design, development, installation, testing, and documentation of application software, encompassing server, client, and web components.

• Play a role in the design, documentation, and delivery of components for technical architecture solutions.

• Facilitate connections between application architects and developers to ensure design requirements align accurately with client ROI.

• Identify and develop project requirements, functional specifications, and application solution designs utilizing appropriate methodologies and industry standards.

• Create technical documentation and test plans.

• Provide support for integration and deployment processes.

• Collaborate with software developers to further the objectives of Gainwell and its clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and Python.

• Familiarity with relevant programming languages, operating systems, hardware, and software.

• Experience in web service development is preferred.

• Understanding of fundamental software design, development, and implementation methodologies.

• Basic skills in data analysis and software testing.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients and senior leaders.

• Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with colleagues and leaders in a remote setting.

• Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule to meet business requirements and travel as necessary.

• Video cameras are required to be used during all interviews and the first week of orientation.
