This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Oversee the delivery process across 2–3 Agile teams by monitoring sprints, releases, blockers, dependencies, and Release Train activities.

• Ensure delivery remains visible and on schedule, proactively addressing issues before they escalate.

• Manage Jira and Confluence while producing regular reports on progress, risks, and readiness for release.

• Evaluate delivery metrics to pinpoint slowdowns and recurring risks.

• Implement delivery enhancements with teams and confirm their effectiveness.

• Act as a liaison for Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams regarding delivery updates and potential risks.

• Assist in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.

• Track CI/CD failures and technical issues that may impede delivery, escalating them promptly.

• Leverage AI tools for reporting, pattern recognition, and minimizing repetitive tasks.

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Agile Delivery, ensuring clear communication of status, risks, and expectations.

• A degree or equivalent in Business, Computing, Project Management, or Data/Analytics, or a pertinent Agile/Scrum/delivery certification.

• Practical experience in an Agile software delivery team utilizing Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.

• Knowledge of software delivery processes, including sprints, releases, Release Trains, and associated risks.

• Capability to analyze delivery data, identify trends and root causes, and assess the effectiveness of solutions.

• Strong and confident communication skills across Product, Engineering, QA, and Commercial sectors.

• Sound judgment on when to resolve issues, escalate matters, or constructively question processes.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to follow-through and an inquisitive nature.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools.

• Experience collaborating across multiple teams is a plus.
