Associate Advertising Campaign Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the setup, launch, monitoring, and enhancement of digital media campaigns for distinguished CPG brands, agencies, retailers, and publishers.

• Evaluate campaign performance, identify performance discrepancies, and suggest optimizations supported by campaign data.

• Generate reports and convey campaign insights to both internal teams and external partners.

• Collaborate with Client Success, Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.

• Develop expertise in Chicory's advertising solutions, technology, and digital media best practices.

• Contribute innovative ideas aimed at enhancing team processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.

• Aid in resolving issues related to campaign delivery, tracking, creative, and measurement by collaborating with Product, Engineering, and external vendors.

• Cultivate a deep understanding of how Chicory's advertising products function and actively seek opportunities to enhance campaign results.

• Foster team and company culture by embodying and promoting Chicory Principles.

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clarify technical concepts to non-technical partners.

• Exhibit strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach across teams.

• Be at ease using spreadsheet tools for data organization and analysis, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, or demonstrate a willingness to enhance these skills.
