• Assist in the daily management of several TikTok Shop client accounts under the guidance of senior account leadership.
• Aid in implementing TikTok Shop growth strategies that are in line with client KPIs and revenue goals.
• Organize timelines, deliverables, and campaign milestones to ensure seamless execution.
• Create performance summaries and weekly reports that showcase GMV, creator output, and key insights.
• Track KPIs, identifying trends, risks, or optimization opportunities to inform senior team members.
• Keep organized documentation across briefs, creator lists, trackers, and campaign recaps.
• Research and identify creators that align with client verticals and campaign goals.
• Conduct outreach and facilitate the onboarding process for TikTok Shop affiliates.
• Manage ongoing communication with creators to ensure timely content delivery that matches campaign briefs.
• Monitor creator performance and maintain affiliate dashboards.
• Assist in coaching efforts by sharing insights and recommendations to enhance creator content.
• Help develop strategies to assist brands in gaining traction during initial or cold-start phases.
• Support the setup of affiliate campaigns, creator offers, and commission updates within TikTok Shop.
• Coordinate product sampling, shipment tracking, and approval of deliverables.
• Provide recommendations regarding product focus, promotions, and sampling opportunities.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to optimize storefront pages and product detail page (PDP) content.
• Monitor TikTok Shop performance metrics and present data-driven insights to the team.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends, platform enhancements, and new commerce features.
• Identify relevant trends, sounds, and creator formats to enrich campaign briefs and outreach efforts.
• Assist in testing new TikTok Shop features, content formats, and campaign strategies.
• Research emerging social commerce tools and share findings with the internal team.
• 2–3 years of experience in client services, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social media, or eCommerce.
• Proven experience supporting client accounts in a fast-paced agency or brand setting.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, creator culture, and social commerce principles.
• Data-savvy, with the capability to analyze performance metrics such as GMV, CVR, AOV, and ROI.
• Previous experience working with influencers or affiliates is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with tools such as TikTok Creator Marketplace, affiliate dashboards, reporting platforms, and project management software.
