This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the wider Account team to initiate, manage, and oversee creative projects, tasks, and workflows.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders within the Creative Studio.
• Oversee projects from their inception and creative briefing to final delivery.
• Evaluate and validate creative briefs for clarity, completeness, and feasibility.
• Drive project prioritization and effectively communicate expectations, objectives, timelines, and scope.
• Lead and facilitate all stages of creative development, including kickoff, reviews, feedback management, revisions, pre-production, productivity and impact reporting, and project debriefs.
• Monitor scope changes, identify risks, and escalate off-brief requests or bottlenecks as necessary.
• Foster relationships with internal partners through proactive communication and dependable delivery.
• Offer strategic insights and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct status meetings with internal client stakeholders, communicating priorities, progress, challenges, risks, changes, and dependencies.
• Assign and prioritize tasks across campaigns and deliverables.
• Oversee team bandwidth, optimize resource utilization, and adjust workloads as required.
• Evaluate and enhance creative workflows to boost efficiency and clarity.
• Define roles and responsibilities, optimize resource allocation, minimize bottlenecks, and streamline processes.
• 5–6+ years of experience in an advertising agency or in-house creative team in roles related to project management, account management, client-facing responsibilities, or a combination of marketing manager/account manager roles.
• Proficiency in marketing with the ability to interpret creative briefs effectively.
• Capability to align creative execution with business goals and objectives.
• Skill in developing marketing assets that prioritize audience needs.
• A positive, solution-focused, collaborative mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity comfortably.
• Ability to synthesize context, feedback, and insights into clear, actionable, and time-sensitive directions.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Workfront, Monday, ClickUp, or Wrike.
• Background in account management and/or building workflows within project management software.
• Experience with consumers and/or healthcare providers.
• Proven track record of successfully commercializing products, especially in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing project and resource management tools, workflow software, resource planning, and project dashboards.
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel 5–15% as needed.
