Associate Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Actively managing and nurturing relationships with current customers for waste services.

• Conducting outbound calls and handling inbound calls to ensure business retention.

• Offering the complete range of products to existing clients.

• Leveraging Salesforce for daily operations and record-keeping.

• Frequently collaborating with the Sales Manager to assess customer retention initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required)

• 0 - 2 years of experience in customer service. (Required)

• Experience in the waste or transportation industry.
