This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Manage a revenue target to achieve or surpass sales objectives within designated accounts.
• Engage effectively with customers at the Senior Management level while facilitating connections with C-level executives.
• Collaborate with clients to negotiate contract renewals, as well as cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
• Partner with clients to set both business and technical objectives through technical reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Maintain a structured schedule with assigned customer accounts, cultivating relationships, presenting Keeper solutions, addressing challenges, coordinating with the broader Keeper team, and finalizing deals.
• Guide customers on best practices for securing their businesses against password-related breaches.
• Actively manage the success of a portfolio of assigned Keeper Security customers to ensure consistent value throughout their lifecycle.
• Regularly showcase knowledge of Account Management best practices, stay informed about industry trends, and function as an Account Manager and Cyber Security advisor to your clients.
• Comprehend and maneuver through account procurement procedures to negotiate licensing agreements.
• Resolve customer challenges, both independently and through collaboration with other Keeper Security teams; approach all situations with curiosity and innovation. Addressing customer issues may involve troubleshooting and necessitate extensive technical knowledge of our solutions and the password management sector.
• Foster strong customer relationships by maintaining high engagement levels, adoption rates, and communication; conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure clients are informed about their vulnerabilities, new product features, etc.
• Become a Keeper Security product authority for your customers; occasionally assist on sales or marketing calls/webinars as an Account Manager and Keeper expert.
• Promote customer advocacy through references, referrals, and case studies.
• Conduct data-driven assessments and analysis of customer portfolios to prioritize opportunities and risks; reliably renew and expand customer contracts while meeting and exceeding personal and team quotas.
• Engage in the advancement of Keeper Security’s Account Management programs and processes; uphold excellence in our own AM initiatives.
• Contribute to fostering a strong team atmosphere by maintaining high work standards.
• Seize opportunities to go above and beyond to ensure our customers receive optimal support and achieve success!
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software or technology sales, particularly focused on upselling and expansion.
• Strong technical understanding related to software integrations (SSO, Directory, etc.), implementation, onboarding, and support.
• Driven by the desire to solve customer problems; proven ability to foresee challenges before they occur.
• Experience working with and selling to enterprise organizations, C-level executives, as well as IT and Cyber Security leaders.
• Exceptional sense of autonomy, ownership, and commitment to helping customers achieve their intended value.
• Energetic, self-motivated team player who is also a proactive and innovative problem solver.
• Quick to learn software; proficient with business applications.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; consistently demonstrates diplomacy, tact, and poise when addressing customer issues and escalations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (BA/BS).
• Experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) industry is a plus.
