This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the commercial relationship for a significant number of Upper Emerging Drata clients.
• Facilitate renewals and growth within your portfolio by applying established account management and negotiation strategies.
• Recognize upsell and cross-sell prospects and assist in progressing them both on and off cycle.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Technical Support, Marketing, and leadership to eliminate obstacles and enhance customer outcomes.
• Foster trusted relationships with key stakeholders and enhance customer engagement over time.
• Over 1 year of demonstrated success in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a comparable customer-facing SaaS position.
• Experience in supporting renewals, expansion, or commercial customer discussions within a recurring revenue framework.
• Excellent customer management abilities with a knack for identifying needs, articulating value, and establishing trust with various stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills across a high-volume portfolio.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to adapt your message for diverse audiences.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a readiness to engage, learn quickly, and enhance operational efficiency.
• An inquisitive approach to utilizing AI and modern tools to work more effectively, improve preparation, and scale high-quality customer interactions.
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Clari, Catalyst, and Google Workspace is advantageous.
