This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Drive revenue and increase market share within a designated territory.
• Collaborate with team members to pursue new business opportunities and grow the existing client portfolio, while also building your own client base.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly revenue goals.
• Consistently meet daily activity targets, including calls and emails.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive account and territory strategy.
• Create and communicate compelling value propositions for Advizex products and services.
• Assess and quantify sales potential, arrange appointments, and guide prospective customers through the sales process.
• Facilitate customer adoption of products and services.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with partners to enhance outreach and drive adoption.
• Manage contract negotiations effectively.
• Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure the success of campaigns.
• Engage in continual sales, business, and technical training to enhance understanding of Advizex solutions and go-to-market strategies.
• Promote attendance at customer events, seminars, and briefings.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience with an OEM or in the channel, particularly within the New England Public Sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills combined with a high-energy, self-starting attitude.
• Analytical and creative thinker with a passion for continuous learning.
• Excellent negotiation abilities.
• Exceptional skills in relationship management with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be self-directed, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
• Capable of collaborating and thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
• Extensive experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and overcome objections.
• A solid team player who can foster strong working relationships and collaborate effectively across various levels of leadership and stakeholder groups, including product, marketing, and sales teams.
