This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Design, implement, and take responsibility for sales strategies targeting Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), hospitals, and reference laboratory accounts.
• Achieve organizational and territorial revenue goals while establishing robust relationships with stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Sales Support, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Effectively convey ARUP's value proposition.
• Perform Strategic Business Calls to comprehend customer objectives and strategies.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business or a related field.
• At least one year of professional experience.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel spreadsheet proficiency.
• Valid Driver’s License: 1) No moving violations in the last two years 2) No alcohol or drug-related offenses recorded with the Driver’s License Division.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• Experience in clinical laboratory and/or laboratory sales and marketing.
• Minimum of two years of experience in direct or indirect sales.
