• Develop, implement, and take responsibility for sales strategies targeting Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), hospitals, and reference laboratory accounts.
• Achieve organizational and territory revenue goals while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Sales Support, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Effectively communicate ARUP's value proposition.
• Conduct Strategic Business Calls to comprehend customer objectives and strategies.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business or a related field.
• At least one year of professional experience.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel spreadsheet skills.
• Valid Driver’s License: 1) No moving violations in the past two years 2) No alcohol/drug-related offenses on record with the Driver’s License Division.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
• Experience in clinical laboratories and/or laboratory sales and marketing is advantageous.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in direct or indirect sales.
