This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of GRR and NRR objectives for a designated high-volume group of existing SMB accounts.
• Oversee a substantial expansion pipeline for current and upcoming quarters, ensuring precise forecasting and CRM documentation through closed-won deals.
• Manage negotiations with clients who have surpassed contract limits and establish new contracts tailored to client requirements.
• Conduct regular meetings with Customer Success Specialists to assess account health, loss risks, and expansion possibilities.
• Engage customers in discussions related to renewals and growth, seizing expansion opportunities as they arise.
• Prioritize and manage a vast portfolio of accounts, transitioning into CSS-related tasks when workload permits.
• Collaborate with leadership on renewal initiatives that include a growth aspect and contribute to the broader SMB growth strategy.
• Work collaboratively across Product, Sales, Service Delivery, and Customer Experience to enhance sold solutions.
• Gather feedback and escalate any obstacles or trends that hinder growth within the SMB customer segment.
• Stay informed about product updates, competitive dynamics, and industry trends to effectively position solutions.
• 1-3+ years of experience in SMB account management, expansion sales, or account management within a SaaS or B2B context.
• Proven history of identifying, leading, and securing renewals, as well as upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients, ideally at a higher volume/velocity.
• Highly organized and capable of managing a large account portfolio while switching between AD and CSS-related tasks as needed.
• Proficient in working collaboratively across teams in a team-based account management model.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead concise and effective sales discussions.
• Confident in managing a high-volume pipeline, accurately forecasting, and ensuring CRM integrity.
• Analytical and data-oriented, with the capability to identify trends and derive actionable insights.
• Comfortable navigating renewal discussions that incorporate growth elements.
• Experience in digital accessibility, compliance, or related SaaS markets is a plus.
