This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Possess robust technical abilities to comprehend client needs and effectively convert them into user stories and tasks for the development team.
• Tailor and configure essential ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, Service Portal, and ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB).
• Facilitate workshops and demonstrations for stakeholders and end-users.
• Work in partnership with internal teams and clients to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Take the lead in designing, enhancing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Engage actively in client meetings or discussions to gather their requirements and translate them into clear development tasks.
• Execute integration tasks and develop custom Service Portals, supporting REST, SOAP, and MID Server integrations.
• Maintain ongoing Discovery and CMDB processes.
• Create, review, and optimize scripts such as Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, offering guidance and mentoring to junior developers when necessary.
• Comfortable operating in Agile environments, actively participating in sprints and backlog grooming.
• Over 2 years of experience with ServiceNow, encompassing hands-on development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge in ITSM, Service Portal, Integrations, ITOM (Discovery, CMDB), SAM, and HAM.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customize ServiceNow applications utilizing scripting, workflows, business rules, and UI policies to fulfill client specifications.
• Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist.
• Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as HRSD or GRC is advantageous.
