Assoc. Site Activation Manager – Sponsor Facing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• The Associate SAM is responsible for leading and managing our country operations teams to ensure that client commitments are fulfilled promptly and in accordance with project scope and processes.

• Engaging with the project manager, clinical lead, regulatory and contract and budget solution advisors, as well as country regulatory specialists.

• Contributing to pre-award and major defense meeting activities by offering start-up expertise for project strategy.

• Formulating the site activation delivery strategy based on project scope and specific requirements.

• Supervising the implementation of the global site activation strategy.

• Communicating with clients, project team members, and local regulatory specialists regarding the status of study sites, activation forecasts, risks, and opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of global experience in a clinical research setting.

• Strong leadership skills to guide projects and manage multicultural teams.

• Ownership of projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budgetary constraints.

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects or clients while balancing competing priorities.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to negotiate and challenge decisions effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to achieve results that meet quality and timeline metrics on complex projects.

• Established capability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and sponsors.
