This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +2 more states.
• Serve as a key field-based member of the Medical Marketing team, dedicated to a specific specialty or function within the larger Marketing division.
• Function as the main Marketing contact for field intelligence by collecting valuable insights from Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and significant customers to shape and guide marketing strategies.
• Actively collaborate in brand planning and strategic development across HCP, Patient, and Medical Marketing initiatives.
• Work alongside Marketing leadership to convert field insights and real-world feedback into data-driven program enhancements, optimizing campaign effectiveness and strategic investments for maximum market impact.
• Oversee the complete execution of Advisory Boards, including leading participant recruitment to align with Needs Assessments, facilitating sessions, and compiling and reporting essential insights.
• Ensure the success of peer-to-peer/patient ambassador programs within designated audiences, specialties, and sales regions by identifying, selecting, and/or approving suitable speakers, ensuring speaker preparedness and coaching, coordinating events with agency partners, tracking and reporting program insights, and implementing improvements based on feedback.
• Conduct field-based market research to produce insights that inform and/or validate brand strategy.
• A BS/BA degree in marketing, business, health policy, scientific or a related field AND at least 10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing and sales is highly preferred.
• Alternatively, a Master's degree AND a minimum of 8 years of similar experience is preferred.
• Experience in neuropsychiatry therapeutics and/or in a long-term care setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional communicator and skilled diplomat across all platforms, with the ability to effectively merge scientific knowledge and communication skills (strong clinical acumen).
• Comprehensive understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape in pharmaceutical promotions, industry guidelines, and compliance-related matters.
• Proven history of fostering strong cross-functional relationships with medical, legal, regulatory, advocacy, compliance, marketing, and corporate communications colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking, initiative, problem-solving, and creativity, with experience effectively applying these skills to product positioning and messaging.
• Capable of maintaining a consistent focus amidst a dynamic environment, ensuring strategic alignment for commercial success.
• Regularly exhibits enthusiasm, confidence, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while effectively prioritizing to achieve individual, team, and company objectives.
• Demonstrates thought leadership through technical/business expertise, effectively addressing complex challenges and executing cross-functional initiatives.
• Applies extensive knowledge of their area of expertise to resolve issues.
