This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Successfully acquire new referrals while also maintaining current referral sources.
β’ Collaborate closely with therapists and other clinicians to assess and provide equipment tailored to clientsβ needs.
β’ Uphold high standards of timely, accurate, and friendly service for both yourself and the company.
β’ Foster strong relationships and a positive reputation with therapists and referral sources.
β’ Cultivate new relationships as you expand your territory.
β’ Offer product demonstrations and educational sessions to therapists and referral sources.
β’ Adhere to all payer source and company guidelines and procedures.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with product manufacturers while staying informed about new products.
β’ Carry out delivery and repairs as necessary.
β’ Support the training and development of wheelchair technicians.
β’ Capability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent certification.
β’ Minimum of two years of experience in HME/DME.
β’ ATP Certification.
