This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess client requirements and suggest suitable ibot® configurations.
• Perform Complex Rehab Technology assessments along with evaluations of home environments.
• Provide devices, guarantee proper equipment fitting, and offer hands-on user training.
• Showcase product functionality and ensure the safe and effective operation of the ibot® PMD.
• Establish and nurture robust referral partnerships with clinicians, rehabilitation facilities, and community stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to enhance awareness and adoption of the ibot® PMD.
• Facilitate in-service training, product demonstrations, and educational workshops.
• Verify seating specifications and orders for precision.
• Work collaboratively with operations and service teams to ensure seamless configuration, delivery, and follow-up.
• Assist with insurance documentation and processes as required.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry-related events.
• Adhere to RESNA's Code of Ethics and all corporate policies.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Current ATP Certification (RESNA) or scheduled to take the examination.
• Practical experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Valid driver's license.
• 1–3 years of experience as an ATP or therapist in rehab technology, within a rehabilitation facility, clinic, DME environment, or other relevant settings.
• Familiarity with CRMs such as Atlas, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
