This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Collaborate with clinicians to assess client requirements and suggest suitable ibot® configurations.
• Perform Complex Rehab Technology evaluations and assessments of home environments.
• Provide devices, ensure correct equipment fitting, and offer practical user training.
• Showcase product functionality and guarantee safe, effective use of the ibot® PMD.
• Build and sustain robust referral connections with clinicians, rehabilitation facilities, and community partners.
• Discover new opportunities to promote awareness and increase the adoption of the ibot® PMD.
• Conduct in-service training, product demonstrations, and educational workshops.
• Verify seating specifications and orders for precision.
• Work in conjunction with operations and service teams to guarantee seamless configuration, delivery, and follow-up.
• Support insurance documentation and procedures as required.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Adhere to RESNA's Code of Ethics and all company policies.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Active ATP Certification (RESNA) or scheduled to take the examination.
• Practical experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree in health sciences, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience as an ATP or therapist in rehabilitation technology, a rehab facility, clinic, DME environment, or similar settings (preferred).
• Familiarity with CRMs (Atlas, Salesforce, or HubSpot) (preferred).
