This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Invoices & Payment Transactions – Drafting, creating, sending, preparing transfers, and monitoring incoming payments.
• Numbers & KPIs – Maintaining key metrics, generating reports, and conducting minor analyses to support our corporate management.
• Accounts Receivable Management – Overseeing outstanding items, ensuring payment deadlines, and coordinating dunning processes.
• Process Optimization – Reviewing, enhancing, and documenting workflows within the finance department.
• Email Communication – Engaging in friendly and professional exchanges with tax advisors, team members, and external partners.
• Payroll Processing – Collecting data and preparing it for our tax advisor.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting, controlling, or accounts receivable management – or comparable experience with demonstrable affinity for numbers.
• Structured working style & attention to detail – you identify issues before they arise.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Self-responsibility & drive – you organize yourself without the need for micromanagement.
• Clear, friendly communication in German; English skills are a plus.
• Team spirit & enthusiasm for improvements – you enjoy collaboratively developing processes.
