Assistente Técnico

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Supervise the preparation of paints by analyzing homogenization, managing, and adjusting quality.

• Oversee the production process at assembly plants, controlling color shades, making adjustments, and adding additives as necessary.

• Coordinate shift activities by distributing tasks and providing support to the team to meet client demands.

• Execute activities in the system (Axalta), tracking specifications and analyzing paint standards.

• Offer support to production operators by guiding them on the correct use of materials.

• Stay informed about operational and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with standards.

• Request product analysis for deviations, monitor results, and advise on corrective actions with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry with an active CRQ.

• Valid driver's license (CNH).

• Willingness to travel.

• Experience as a Colorist (preferred).

• Knowledge of automated line programming (preferred).
