Assistente Desenvolvedora Back-End – Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Developer analyst to join the account tribe.

• Actively participate in the development of new functionalities with a focus on backend.

• Engage in modernization projects for current accounts.

• Conduct maintenance, bug fixes, and continuous improvements on the application.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including product, design, QA, backend, Security, and DevOps.

• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and technical documentation.

• Monitor system performance and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Java development, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Camel (considered a plus), and JUnit.

• Understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and messaging (Kafka, Pub/Sub).

• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.

• Knowledge in authentication and security: OAuth2/OIDC/JWT, secure storage (Keychain/Keystore via Secure Storage), protection of sensitive data, and basic OWASP mobile practices.

• Observability skills: structured logging, basic metrics (render time, startup), and monitoring.
