• Execute and monitor the accounts payable process, ensuring compliance with policies and deadlines;
• Conduct bank reconciliations and accounting entries, guaranteeing the accuracy of information;
• Process payments to suppliers, invoices, and expenses according to payment terms;
• Maintain relationships with suppliers to resolve issues and negotiate deadlines;
• Ensure compliance with tax obligations and duties in payments (withholding taxes and contributions);
• Add expense reimbursements and assist employees in this process;
• Review and validate expense reports;
• Analyze information within the department;
• Monitor and respond to departmental emails;
• Validate supporting documents;
• Communicate with employees.
• Education: Completed or ongoing higher education;
• Experience in accounts payable or similar financial areas;
• Knowledge of ERPs;
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets;
• Understanding of tax legislation and fiscal obligations;
• Analytical profile, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• Preferred: Experience with continuous improvement and automation processes; Certification in financial management or specialized courses in the field; Intermediate level of English is desirable.
