This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Analyze, manage, and categorize received contractual information;
• Organize contract documentation and standardize documents;
• Verify contract validity, amounts, renewals, and adjustments;
• Monitor costs associated with contracts;
• Assist branches in sending invoices to the tax department;
• Support reimbursement requests, advances, and expense reconciliations for branches;
• Aid in scheduling and issuing flight tickets/accommodations for branches;
• Maintain fleet vehicle records and track mileage for branches;
• Provide support for documentation relevant to department employees with HR when necessary;
• Assist the area in delivering all documentation requested by internal or external audits;
• Interface with the quality department and ensure compliance with standards and use of standard forms;
• Assist in preparing technical reports to meet contractual requirements;
• Support the technical team in checking stock items and initiating purchase requisitions for Delivery and branches.
• Completed High School Education;
• Preferably a Technical degree in Administration/Accounting or related fields, or currently studying;
• Basic knowledge of the Office Suite;
• Familiarity with quality management systems;
• Basic understanding of Contract Administration;
• Basic knowledge of HR documentation routines;
• Preferably experience in document organization, audits, and reporting.
