This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Provide customer service through voice, chat, and email channels;
β’ Conduct proactive outreach to follow up and respond to clients, ensuring a swift and effective experience;
β’ Contribute to the enhancement of service metrics, prioritizing quality and efficiency in interactions;
β’ Assist other customer service areas with administrative tasks.
β’ Completed High School education;
β’ Reside in **Cascavel/PR**;
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
β’ Experience in customer service, preferably via phone;
β’ Strong communication skills, organization, and focus on resolving issues.
β’ Nutrition support: Meal Voucher/Food Voucher or onsite cafeteria (depending on location);
