This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Independently creates presentations as well as collaborates with the Communications and Compliance teams.
• Delivers presentations to a variety of target audiences, including potential clients, community referral sources, and others.
• Participates in the planning and execution of educational, outreach, and other health-related events.
• Coordinates and communicates with various roles within primary care partners to ensure that customer inquiries, requests, and issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Ensures compliance with Medicare & Medicaid enrollment and marketing policies and procedures.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish is preferred.
• Must have satisfactory results from the Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) check.
