This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• You will assist with daily administrative tasks.
• Processing sales invoices in Exact.
• Supporting accounts receivable and payable management.
• Handling work orders, time registrations, and administrative controls.
• Assisting with monthly closings and balance specifications.
• Contributing to reports and analyses.
• Maintaining and enhancing dashboards in Power BI.
• Supporting WBSO administration, fixed assets, and intercompany processes.
• Identifying areas for improvement and collaborating on automation strategies.
• Assisting with VAT declarations.
• Supporting payroll administration.
• A completed MBO/HBO degree in Finance, Business Economics, Accountancy, or Business Administration.
• Approximately 2 to 4 years of experience in a financial or administrative role.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems such as Exact.
• A meticulous and analytical approach to work.
• Interest in process improvement and automation.
• Strong command of Dutch and English.
