This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Responsible for managing and delivering initiatives, including projects and application enhancements (URFs), for the stream.
• At least 15 years of professional experience.
• Experience in project management.
• Background in application support management.
• Experience as part of a large-scale transformation project related to Treasury/Trading.
• Familiarity with any trading platform is a plus, with knowledge of Murex or Flexcube being advantageous.
• Practical knowledge of trading systems, particularly FX systems in financial institutions.
• Understanding of Treasury products, including derivatives, foreign exchange, equity, and commodities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with integration into exchanges.
• Knowledge of FIX Protocol.
• Experience with international market integration.
• Familiarity with market data integration.
• Experience in settlement and reconciliation processes.
• Understanding of limit management.
• Proficiency in position and cash management.
• Knowledge of corporate actions and margin trading.
• Experience integrating with core banking systems and other subsystems.
• Ability to monitor the development and implementation of plans for the design, testing, and execution of all business requirements.
• Capability to report on project status within the assigned scope of work.
• Ensure adherence to the project management framework, stage gates for projects, and maintenance of artifacts in the Central Project repository.
• Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and change teams to share pertinent information.
• Skills in business analysis; collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements.
• Ability to create clear and structured documentation (BRD, FSD).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities paired with exceptional communication skills.
• Ensure that documentation and deliverables comply with defined standards.
• Competency in executing SQL queries and interpreting data.
• Experience with Microsoft Project/Scrum/Kanban, along with comprehensive knowledge of the waterfall model.
• Proficiency in Java/Dotnet/Oracle databases.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Solid understanding of the Treasury domain.
• Mandatory experience working with SQL Server, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Good knowledge of .NET technologies such as Java, ASP.Net, MVC, and C#.
• Familiarity with IIS and other web servers.
• Understanding of WEB API, REST, and SOAP protocols.
• Knowledge of client browsers and configurations.
• Understanding of Windows services.
• Ability to review and comprehend system documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare system documentation.
• Capability to interpret solution documentation, identify areas of concern, and recommend approaches.
