• Assist the Store Manager with operations, staffing, training, and customer service initiatives.
• Motivate, inspire, and challenge a team to provide an exceptional owner experience, emphasizing experience enhancement, education, and the development of a Dyson owners community.
• Set a positive example and support your team in creating an environment that showcases our machines, delivering top-notch demonstrations and experiences.
• Take personal accountability for meeting individual and store-specific KPIs, including daily, weekly, and monthly sales, customer service, and store profitability goals.
• Introduce new products and services to the market.
• Keep enhancing product knowledge and stay informed about product developments while encouraging the store team to do the same.
• Foster and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Perform various tasks related to the store's operation, including maintaining cleanliness and organization in communal areas.
• Demonstrated experience in store leadership.
• Proven history of managing daily store operations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a strong desire to provide a 5-star customer experience while achieving commercial objectives.
• A track record of developing innovative solutions that address challenges and question conventional practices.
• Knowledge of in-store operations, including work schedule management, stock control, compliance, health and safety, security, and all daily tasks involved in running a store.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
