This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Provide comprehensive support for customer projects from initiation to completion.
• Assist in the coordination of customer projects throughout the sales and fulfillment process.
• Ensure that project milestones, deliverables, and timelines are adhered to.
• Engage in customer meetings, document essential action items, and facilitate follow-up activities.
• Deliver prompt and professional communication to customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Identify and escalate risks, delays, or issues as necessary to guarantee effective project execution.
• Assist with Quoting and Order Management.
• Aid in the preparation and modification of customer quotes.
• Manage vendor pricing inquiries and keep track of RFQs.
• Support the processing of purchase orders and monitor order status.
• Confirm product availability, lead times, and pricing details prior to customer submission.
• Maintain orderly records of quotes, orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with Vendors and Suppliers.
• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, product specifications, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Follow up on open orders and actively monitor fulfillment progress.
• Assist in addressing vendor-related issues that could affect customer timelines.
• Keep documentation related to project requirements, product details, and customer standards up to date.
• Maintain CRM and Project Documentation.
• Update customer, quote, and project information in Method CRM.
• Support reporting efforts by tracking project activities, order statuses, and customer updates.
• Help ensure accurate record-keeping and visibility for all stakeholders.
• Contribute ideas aimed at enhancing team processes and operational efficiency.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, sales support, operations, logistics, customer success, or a similar field.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
• Relevant training and/or certifications as an Assistant Project Manager.
• Experience in data center infrastructure, telecommunications, low-voltage systems, IT hardware, construction supply, or related sectors.
• Familiarity with quoting, procurement, fulfillment, or vendor management processes.
• Knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs), RFQs, purchase orders, or supply chain coordination.
• Experience supporting customer-facing projects in a product-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
