• Assisting Sales & Account Management efforts.
• Serving as a primary link between the Regional Sales Manager and our wholesale clients.
• Managing a designated territory of 80–100 accounts by creating materials, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring effective communication.
• Aiding in the onboarding process for new luxury retailers through management of setup, documentation, and training support.
• Organizing and confirming store visits, events, and training sessions; maintaining a regular touchpoint calendar for priority accounts.
• Helping to monitor performance against territory sales targets and creating reports, presentations, and customer-facing materials (PowerPoint).
• Providing assistance to Regional Sales Managers during their time off by handling orders in their absence.
• Entering and managing sales orders using MarketTime or SAP.
• Overseeing stock availability, backorders, and allocations across warehouses, keeping both customers and internal partners informed.
• Sending order confirmations and delivery updates to clients.
• Collaborating with Credit, Warehouse, and Customer Service to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Assisting in the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines throughout the territory.
• Collecting and documenting photos, feedback, and observations from customer visits for brand consistency and visibility to leadership.
• Supporting product launches through sample coordination, order tracking, and customer education.
• Assisting in the preparation for seasonal product releases, trade events, and significant market moments.
• Keeping retailer information and sales data current across internal systems.
• Processing credits, returns, and new account setup forms as necessary.
• Helping to address common customer inquiries related to shipping, payments, or product availability.
• Serving as a primary resource for the Sales team’s administrative needs.
• Visiting National/Key accounts within your territory, providing feedback to the Key Account Manager, and assisting with visual merchandising as required.
• Managing a small portfolio of business and traveling within the assigned territory to ensure retailers receive personal visits when necessary.
• Enthusiastically representing Jellycat and enhancing brand awareness within the existing territory account base.
• Collaborating with your Team Leader to understand account tiers and establish travel schedules.
• Achieving sales growth and budget targets.
• Assessing which existing retailers align or do not align with Jellycat's merchandising and brand standards.
• Navigating challenging conversations when closing accounts that fail to meet Jellycat standards.
• 2–4 years of experience in a Sales Support, Sales Coordinator, or Assistant Sales Manager role — ideally within retail wholesale, consumer goods, or premium brands.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities — you are friendly, professional, and confident in working with luxury accounts.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage competing deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with SAP or MarketTime is a plus.
• A keen attention to detail and a proactive mindset — you identify problems before they develop further.
