This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist with financial operations and reporting obligations, including Trial Balance and VAT reports.
• Contribute to the development and distribution of ad hoc reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Review and reconcile direct recoveries for tenants and landlords.
• Support financial operations during the mobilisation and demobilisation of property transactions.
• Address day-to-day inquiries from clients and occupiers.
• Execute accounting and administrative tasks for the property portfolio.
• Aid Property Accountants and Senior Property Accountants in service delivery.
• Monitor key performance indicators for the portfolio and promptly resolve any issues.
• Complete control account reconciliations and oversee funding levels.
• Adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and legislative regulations.
• Identify problematic areas and escalate concerns as needed.
• Act as a contact point for specific clients in managing the property portfolio.
• Collaborate with Surveyors, JLL Business Services finance teams, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in internal and external meetings as necessary.
• Maintain effective communication and working relationships with Property Accounting management and other internal teams.
• Proficient in Excel, including the use of pivot tables, V-Lookups, X-Lookups, and similar formulas.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Initiative to resolve day-to-day challenges independently.
• AAT Level 3 qualified or equivalent, with a desire for further study.
• Knowledge of client systems like Yardi, MRI, or Horizon is a plus.
